[2] The Visa® Check Card is not a credit card and does not require credit approval. At this time, Visa® Check Cards are not available for International customers.

[3] Visa® Check Cards use the PLUS® and Visa® systems. If the ATM does not honor either, the transaction will be declined. The maximum amount an individual ATM owner will allow may be lower. Reich & Tang does not charge withdrawal fees, but individual ATM owners have this option. You will be notified of this charge before cash is dispensed.
