MoralInvestors.com was founded by Thomas M. Franks, CFA as a newsletter and investment service for stock investors seeking the “moral high ground”. Tom has 23 years of experience in the investment industry and has overseen billion-dollar stock portfolios for a major mutual fund company. His vision is to provide an investment option that will positively impact the corporate and investment arena given the high level of scandals seen in recent years.

The newsletter identifies and monitors a diversified model portfolio of 20-30 stocks of companies not involved in ethically questionable businesses such as tobacco and gambling. Furthermore, companies which are good corporate citizens, as well as good investments, are selected for the portfolio. Subscribers enjoy doing well in their investments while doing some good for society. Our investment goal is to outperform the general stock market, as measured by the S&P 500 Stock Index.

This newsletter service is suited for long-term investors accustomed to stock market risk, who have previously invested in stock mutual funds or individual stocks. Trading activity will be moderate, in-line with a long-term perspective. Auto-Trading turns our newsletter service into a managed separate account, which offers benefits over mutual fund investing. Please see our MoralInvestors.com website for more information.
